With How To Be Healthy be careful what you think about - where you allow your thoughts to stay. Dwelling on negative situations or negative thoughts can have a bad influence on your physical health. Negativity attracts negativity.

Saying goodbye to bad habits is among the ways to live longer, too. If you have any kind of habit that isn’t the best for your body, make up your mind that this is the year that you’ll finally gain the victory over that habit - whether it’s smoking, drinking to excess, overeating or overspending (which creating stress) then take the steps you need to take to get free from those bonds.

If you need to boost your immune system, start taking vitamins or health supplements. Look for foods or products that promote anti-aging. You can find many of these products online and you’d be surprised with  how to be healthy and how much better you can feel taking quality supplements.
